In the build-up to Leno’s exit, all his friends have been reminiscing about him and his career. And one point they keep hitting is how hard he works.

While I’m sure that’s true, that doesn’t mean the work that’s being so diligently put together is any good or should appeal to more people simply by virtue of the effort put in.
