The band’s only released a handful of albums since the late ’80s, but they’ve never been dormant for too long. The heat at the center of the group’s power was the fact that there were a tireless live band, long before they started spewing out hits and long after they pulled back from the spotlight.

If you haven’t listened to the band’s “Hard At Play” album because you gave up after the admitted left-turn that was “Small World” you’re missing out a great pop rock album.

And please, please, please let’s start giving the four new songs that were released on the “Time Flies” the respect they deserve. I wish there were more there since those songs really sound like they’re from a band that’s firing on all cylinders and know exactly who and what they want to be.
