Later this month I’ll be heading to my first WordCamp, being held in San Francisco on Saturday May 30th. Part of the reason I’ll be in attendance is that it’s very cool and I’ve wanted to hit one for a while. Part of the reason too is that Voce is sponsoring this edition.
I don’t get much into the tech back-end stuff of WordPress but certainly get what it can do and what the potential of the software is, especially as a result of its open-source platform that allows for anyone with the skills and inclination to bend it and shape it to make it do what they want it to do. I use installed version of WP here on MMM and the WordPress.com hosted version for CT.WP. Voce uses it all over the place and since joining I get even more just what it’s capable of, largely because the folks we work with are just insanely skilled in WordPress development.
If you’re going to be there let me know.
