Tom Poston; comic actor on ‘Newhart’ | Chicago Tribune

An under-appreciated comic and actor who brought way more to the “clueless sidekicks” he played than there was on the page. “Newhart” was a favorite in my house growing up and Poston’s skills will be sorely missed in the entertainment industry.
