Join the Movie Marketing Flickr group

In case you haven’t been paying attention to the little Flickr block I have on MMM I’ve been taking a few pictures every now and again of movie posters and such I see out in the world and posting them to my account. Based on a search for the “moviemarketing” tag I’m just about the only one doing so. But we all see posters, banners and ads around and about though, right?

That’s why I’ve created the Movie Marketing Group on Flickr as a way for everyone to share their pictures of movie marketing instances they come across and discuss. Anyone can join and I think it’s a great way to encourage people to whip out their digital cameras and document just how often and where they are marketed to by Hollywood. Joining is something anyone and everyone can do. Don’t forget to use the “moviemarketing” tag when you upload your pics.

I’ve started, via Feedburner, splicing my Flickr pictures with that tag into the main MMM feed so everyone can see them.
Also, if you’re a feed reader, I changed the look of MMM so click through a post or two and check it out. I like it a lot more than I did the old template.
